What is the dress code?

Our wedding is Garden Formal. We encourage long dresses, summer colors and elegant prints, and suits with ties. Tuxedos are not required.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

The welcome party is Summer Cocktail. Think festive summer dresses or separates, with jackets and collared shirts for gentlemen. Color and prints are encouraged!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes! Weather permitting, much of the celebration will take place outdoors in the gardens. We recommend choosing shoes accordingly!

Is transportation provided?

Yes. Transportation will be provided between our designated hotels and the venue. Shuttle details and timing will be shared closer to the weekend.

Can I drive to the wedding?

We encourage guests to take advantage of the provided transportation, but there is also parking at the venue and you are welcome to drive yourself!

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding celebration will be adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

A note on footwear?

Ladies, stilettos and grass aren't always the best of friends. Block heels, wedges and flats are encouraged.

Do I need a car?

No. Downtown Wayne is very walkable, and many of our favorite restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within walking distance of the Wayne Hotel. Transportation will also be provided to and from the wedding.
